How Long Does It Take to Ship My Purchase?

Once your order is placed, processing can take 2 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). All weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. Standard shipping can take anywhere between 5 to 7 days.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes. If you need your goods shipped express, we offer expedited shipping at an additional fee. Expedited shipping is offered for business days and will not be delivered on a weekend.

Will I Receive Tracking with My Order?

Yes. All orders are provided tracking so you can stay on top of where your order is. To ensure your order is placed on time, please ensure that someone is at your order address to deliver the order on time.

Steps to Follow for Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact customer support at info@mymingjewelrycom to start the return process.  Please include your order number and the reason for your return.  Once we review your request and your return has been approved, we will reply by email with your Return Authorization Number (RAN).  You will need to send your original order via a trackable source to (remember to include your RAN):

We will only issue a guarantee on the products purchased if it is returned in its original packaging, has not been worn or used in any way, shape or form. You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

Once the returned item passes inspection, our customer service team will process your return (minus the original shipping cost) or exchange.

Unavailable Stock

If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Jewelry as an accepted sender.
